Meet the Captain

I am Captain Addison Rupert – USCG certified Captain.  I have lived in Charleston my whole life and at the age of 19 I started my own business Lowcountry Outdoor Adventures.  I have 16 years experience fishing the Charleston area waters and I would like to share my knowledge of fishing with you.  I fish on a 17’ inshore Master Angler Maverick flats boat equipped with Lowrance Stucture Scan/GPS chart plotter, Power Pole, Minn Kota trolling motor designed to assist me in making your day out on the water comfortable, enjoyable and successful. 

I consider myself a teaching Captain because my passion is teaching others how to fish with the kind of success I experience out on the low country waters.  I enjoy teaching all ages and all skill levels.  I also call myself “The Captain that likes kids”.  I want to be sure kids get the experience of fishing that I got when I was a young boy.  It’s just important to me that kids know how to fish. 
I like to have teens on the boat.  They love to catch shark.  The fight is fun and the adventure on the water is memorable.  Basically, I love what I do and I want to share my enthusiasm about fishing and the being on the water with my guests.
This is my profession so you can expect quality service and professionalism from me.

Through my schooling I have been background checked and I submit to random drug testing.  I take serious pride in what I do and I want you to be confident in the captain you choose.
